Habits are an extremely powerful tool, when used right, but one of the greatest curses, when out of our control. They could be described as a kind of a way, how our subconsciousness helps us with the pursuit of our goals.

How does this process work?
Through our thinking and repetitive activities, we reprogram our subconscious mind to adopt that kind of behavior and execute it at the littlest effort invested possible. If we take Psycho-Cybernetics as a reference, it says that about three week to a month are required for this new attribute to domesticate itself in your mind.

How good habits make the difference?
As we people have realised that time can’t be managed and that we should optimize our energy investments to our activities, it soon becomes clear, how profitable can be the delegation of our chores and repetitive tasks as habits to our subconscious mind, where they will be regularly executed with little or no conscious effort needed. This could be described as some kind of a mind hack to our preferred behaviour (always heading along the path of the least resistance), where all the conscious effort is excluded from the process. For an example if we would like to get up at 6am every day and take some kind of physical practice, our mind will very likely come up with various arguments for not getting up and oversleep our planned activity. This behaviour may seem beneficial in short run by getting enough sleep, but can’t compare to long term benefits of improved physical condition by regular daily exercise. Even furthermore, the more I study success stories and success principles, the more evident it is how habits shape the character and are many times the crucial difference between a man of standards and the one of great success.

And how the bad ones are lowering the life’s quality…
Smoking, drinking to much coffee, being late, campaign learning, spending all of our income every month, overeating, lack of physical exercise, watching TV long into the night, spending half a day unproductively on facebook, becoming a news junkie, work-a-holism, can’t spend a weekend without being drunk, chronically getting up late in the morning… You don’t have to guess twice, how productive can you be with such practices…

How to raise the good ones?
The most effective technique that has yet come into my way are probably 30-day trials. That is about enough time for your subconsciousness to get programmed to a desired way and still small enough time span that everyone should be able to keep his focus along. Just choose a habit you want and repeat it strictly every day for 30 days. At first it can be very hard, but over time it gets much easier… You just need to have enough will and determination to keep up and defeat the emerging barriers. More about this subject can be read here.

And why I am writing all of this?
Because one could never exaggerate the importance of the role habits play in someones life. They determine someones quality of life, the wealth someone is going to accumulate, quality of his relationships, development of various person’s faculties, etc. They take part in almost any area of life imaginable. In most cases, you would say, that it’s his character, he can’t do anything about that… But even our characters are made somehow. We have some kind of predispositions inborn, but attitude towards life, our philosophies, they are mostly in-learned. So if you have any serious interest in development of your potentials, you should certainly give them some more attention and gain their better understanding.

If you are interested in further studies of this subject, you should take a look at the following books:
Stephen R. Covey: Seven habits of highly effective people
Maxwell Maltz: Psycho-Cybernetics

When you learn about some subject, you gradually gain understanding over it.

When you learn about some subject, you gradually gain understanding over it. Repetition of those ideas, condition your subconsciousness, so that you have faith in yourself, when manifesting your ideas, that results will be well aligned with the idea as “received”. If something goes wrong, you search for the cause of the deviation within the cycle described and so you do not bother yourself with searching it in the uncontrollable surrounding environment. All this gives you confidence with your actions and relaxed body state, which naturally leads to health and well-being.
Vice versa, ignorance over some subject can give you nothing but doubt and worry, when thinking about it. Constant repetition of this feelings conditions your subconsciousness with fear, and that emotion magnified, manifests through your body as anxiety. And since you do not understand the process through which your ideas get lost or manifest different as wished, you usually search causes in outer environment, which is an unsuccessful quest from its very beginning.

And when the manifested results are the same as those imagined in your mind, you have mastered the “creative process”. You have mastered an efficient use of an unlimited source of creation!
For more detailed explanation and presentation of this idea, you should watch Bob Proctor’s Born rich seminar, or read his You were born rich e-book, which can be downloaded free of charge from here.

The medium we all agree upon to be the “numerical evaluation” of our services provided to others. By itself, it has no other value than the value of the service we are justified to demand from others. So next time you lack of money, repair this problem at its very root. Apart of cheats an frauds some people are capable and you should be aware of, for theirs successful prevention, you should concentrate on your service provided. Does it lack in quality or maybe the market is overly saturated with its providers? Maybe the demand for your service is to weak?
So what should you do? You should always orient yourself to do the work you are really good at. That provides you with satisfaction needed, that will stimulate and motivate you for constant improvement in the quality of your service. The customer’s satisfaction should be one of your primary goals in the work you do, as long as it stays in the frames of your integrity and resonates with your personal values. And the increasing quality also increases the “net worth” of your service. Sure there is an option of an increased-value provision of your service by pioneering in something, but the more common practice is a mastery in the craft you got yourself into. There are a lot of practitioners alike, but only a few really master it. But the mastery requires hard work and a lot of training. Strong enough filters, especially for today’s lifestyle of immediate satisfaction, to cause the failure of the vast majority achieving this goal. But without resistance there is no appreciation for the knowledge and experiences gathered. The bigger the barrier, the greater the satisfaction after its completion. Challenges make life attractive and interesting. Without them it would be dull and boring.
To make it short, choose yourself to do something you really enjoy and are good at. Strive to constant improvement of the quality of your service. And then the money should come naturally.

Everyone wants to be successful. Some take this idea very superficially, but others like me search for more depth in it. And since every success is planned, you need a system for yourself to indicate if you are on the right track to the goal you wish to achieve. But because it can be very hard for someone to observe himself, there is another good indicator you can use to get this job done – women. Their intuition is of good use to them when it comes to things like this. Evolution tuned them perfectly to sense someone’s internal problems which in great amounts couldn’t provide security needed for their survival. And since your internal world expresses in your outer world, it isn’t even that hard to tell when you aren’t at ease with yourself. You simply aren’t attractive. Who would like to take over some extra problems someone couldn’t have solved for himself? You can’t blame them then.
So what can we learn from this? You need to learn how to amuse yourself. You have to become as independent as you can. With all areas of your life. Never expect someone to solve your problems instead of yourself. That way, there will be always someone in the relationship depending from the other. And I don’t believe that would be a healthy relationship. I want it to be of “equal powers”.
I think I made the same mistake with the girl I wrote about in the previous post. I practically don’t let myself to take any time off, to just relax and slowdown myself. I have always thought this would come with the relationship I would get myself into, since I enjoy feminines company so much and it feels so relaxing to me. But that would be quite a burden for her, don’t you think. And I think it even made me to pushy, to needy and unfortunately I have repelled her. So it’s vital for me to solve this as I don’t want to miss such a good girl ever again. Any recommendations? How do you relax?

Persistence beats resistance. You set yourself some goals, but satisfaction won’t come with them achieved (maybe a bit of it), but most of it will come to you as you travel along the path vital to its achievement. It is the effort invested that will make your days. It is all about the moments when you are so scared, you almost shit your pants, but even so, can’t wait to do the deed. The greater resistance you face, the greater pleasure you’ll gain afterwards. It is all about stretching your comfort zone, all about the moments when you gradually confront yourself to greater and greater challenges. It is either a growth in greatness of your character or gradual “death”. It is those moments that you feel most alive.

It is your choice: will you stay in your comfort zone, out of reach to all the risks that life can bring to you, or will you take your destiny in your own hands and show others what you are made of. Visualize your dream and train your courage to gradually get there. The more you give, the more you get. It is as simple as that!
